Your lawyer: Henning Cihar

Henning Cihar initially embarked on a career as a male-nurse. He worked both in the hospital and in outpatient intensive care. He then studied law at the University of Leipzig and completed his legal clerkship in Leipzig. Stays abroad in Norway and the USA as well as working as a student trainee in the legal department of a medium-sized international company in Leipzig round off his training. After working as a lawyer in a renowned international law firm in Leipzig, he moved to Erfurt to work for a large health insurance company. As a legal advisor, he mainly handled hospital billing disputes. Both his knowledge of the hospital sector and his legal knowledge and experience are incorporated into the advice and representation of Mr. Cihar in matters of medical law. This includes hospital billing disputes with the various cost bearers as well as advice and representation on specific issues of hospitals. Furthermore, Mr. Cihar also advises resident doctors on questions of contract management. His clients include hospitals and doctors from several federal states.
