We represent all these organisations, especially in local law (Kommunalabgabenrecht), water law, state law, state liability law and municipal constitution law. We offer our clients advice concerning all questions about building and planning law, particularly with regard to legal questions surrounding landuse planning, city construction contracts and construction approval proceedings up to the point at which the building permission is granted.
