In the area of corporate law we provide answers to all questions related to corporations and business partnerships. We advise concerning the adequate legal form and the formation of a company as well as the re-structuring of existing companies and safeguarding of interest in the purchase, sale or merging of companies. Besides aspects related to civil law we take operational considerations and tax matters into account. In doing so we either work closely with our clients' tax consultants or, if desired, with audit and tax consulting firms with whom we have built reliable business relations over many years. We also serve our clients in an advisory and forensic capacity when it comes to asserting or fending off claims such as those aimed at settlement payments or non competition clauses subsequent to termination of employment.
